We ask investors to volunteer to fund oil and gas projects that we believe have tremendous potential returns on investment. For this funding we believe the investor deserves total honesty in our assessment of the prospects and their risk. Bad news comes first, followed by options and risks for any venture.

We spend money finding oil and gas. We operate with as little overhead as possible. We are a loose collection of industry professionals that work for a piece of the deal, not a cut of the A.F.E.

Bob is a semi retired geophysicist that headed the oil and gas drilling programs for a regional Texas stock broker. He has a background in running field surveys as well as putting together drilling ventures for friends and industry partners.

Les is a retired mud logger with extensive experience in south Texas sampling wells for industry giants like C.C. Winn, large independent oil companies as well as majors. Les observed the beginning of the horizontal drilling booms in the 70’ and 80’s.

Don is a Petroleum engineer and drilling consultant that work with us between drilling deep wells all over the world. He charges the majors and independents he consults thousands of dollars a day for his expertise.

J.D. is a petroleum engineer and a completion expert with over 25 years experience in west Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and South Texas.

Our deal is simple- we split what we get. If we don’t know the answer, we know who to call to find out.

I have been around the oil and gas business since the early 70’s. Our family operated 5 rotary rigs in the Ft. Worth Basin and in West Texas. These guys are all smarter than me. I have been fortunate to work closely with the likes of James E. Peterson, the geologist that discovered the Lockhart Crossing Field in Mississippi, a 150 million barrel field discovered in the early 80’s, Sandy Dvorin, extended the Barnett Shale in North, Texas M.E. Douglas legionary radiometics contractor, and Velon Menshu, Land Sat pioneer
