My family owns 13 thousand acres of ranchland in Terrell County and a
several thousand acres of mineral near Dryden Texas. The 13 thousand
acres lies west and south of Sanderson. This land will soon lie in the
heart of the west texas overthrust play and exploration is soon to arrive
from Sandridge and others as an ongoing geophysical survey is soon to
arrive. We desire to lease these minerals in a 3 year lease with no
